Service Description

A hybrid of dance choreography and cardio exercises set to music, creating a heart-pumping workout to keep your body in constant motion. It's the type of exercise that feels more like a party than anything else. Class begins similar to a typical dance class, with a warm up, stretching, and conditioning exercises, which leads into the energetic, choreographed dance workout. Sneakers and sweat towel are recommended.

All bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled through our site or app 2 hours or more before the scheduled class start time. After this window, reservations are considered final.
