HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Service Description

This 30 minute class will include warm up and stretching, short bursts of exercises that will elevate heart rate, followed by a cool down. Research shows that repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times can elevate metabolic rate, improve insulin resistance, and improve oxygen consumption. Let's get fit with HIIT! Sneakers are recommended.

Cancellation Policy

Upon arrival, park in any available spot along Union Street in or in the Basil Bandwagon parking lot (it's our parking lot too!). Doors will open 5-10 minutes before class, and we always welcome late-comers. We provide any equipment necessary for class, and we encourage you to bring layers for warm up, a water bottle, sweat towel, and grippy socks. Our facility also features shower stalls in the bathrooms that you're welcome to use after class. While we do not provide refunds, you are able to reschedule your booking 2 hours or more before your scheduled class start time. All late cancels and absences are subject to a fee if not done more than 2 hours in advance of class in accordance with our Terms & Conditions (linked in the footer).
