Dog Mom Dance Cardio

This class is designed for Dog Moms and their small- to medium-sized pups. Bring your dog with you to this outdoor class for a 45-minute, doggy dance workout. Class will focus on movements to get your body moving through fun, mobile, and active exercises through the disguise of dance. Expect to learn a short combo with your dog literally attached to your hip via a harness leash (included). 

We want to set our doggos up for a fun, successful time by only including them if they are comfortable around other dogs and humans. If your dog is reactive around other dogs (including but not limited to barking excessively), we invite you to forgo this particular event. Due to the nature of the waist harness used in this class, dogs over 35 pounds are not recommended to avoid injury.

The event will be held outdoors at North Union Street Park in the sunshine. If poor weather, event will be cancelled and refunded.
