45mins of total body classic barre, set to fun, kid friendly pop music. Expect traditional high rep-low impact barre movements with fun free style dance breaks that your kiddo is sure to love. Accessible to all fitness levels.

Each mama will receive a small gift included in their ticket price! We will also have all mini bottle water (in case the kiddos get thirsty) and a printed out coloring page and crayons for each kiddo to take home.
