Service Description

A full body workout combining traditional barre, pilates, and yoga techniques with large range functional movements and a touch of low impact cardio, designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone all the muscles in your body. With an emphasis on proper form for effectiveness and injury prevention, this class offers a various modifications to fit all the different fitness levels and needs. The last 10-15 minutes of class is optional, and will include an extended stretch and recovery period with some breath and flow work to conclude class. Class equipment provided by studio may include: yoga mat, weights, yoga blocks, bands, and gliding discs.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled directly in a client's account via our site or app 2 hours or more before the scheduled class start time. After this window, bookings are considered final. • For bookings made using either a Limitless Local or Weekly Sampler plan: Each late-cancellation and/or absence is subject to a $5 fee. • For bookings made using a Single Class Drop-In plan: Each late-cancellation and/or absence will result in 100% use of one Single Class Drop-In plan.
