Our founder, Sienna's take on classic barre. A toning, light-weight, high-rep workout. It engages muscles you wouldn't normally target—ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no flexibility, coordination, or ballet experience required. Cancellation Policy

All bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled directly in a client's account via our site or app 2 hours or more before the scheduled class start time. After this window, bookings are considered final. • For bookings made using either a Limitless Local or Weekly Sampler plan: Each late-cancellation and/or absence is subject to a $5 fee. • For bookings made using a Single Class Drop-In plan: Each late-cancellation and/or absence will result in 100% use of one Single Class Drop-In plan.
