Booking Terms:

By completing this booking, I acknowledge and agree to the following: CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING All sales are final — no refunds to credit card or cash, under any circumstance. Appointments may only be modified by emailing byondbarre@gmail.com (self-service rescheduling is not available). • 24+ hours before your session: reschedule at no charge via email. • 12–24 hours before: rescheduling incurs a 50% service fee. • Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: the appointment cannot be changed and the full service fee is forfeited. PAYMENT This session is paid in full at booking and is non-refundable outside the cancellation window above. Ten-session packages are non-refundable. Credits may be returned to my account when appointments are canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Package credits expire 12 months from the purchase date. Unlimited membership fees are non-refundable. GUESTS: I understand that all participants must be at least 18 years old to independently use Wellness Services. Guests are only permitted if purchased as a paid add-on at booking — walk-in or unpaid guests are not allowed. Paid guest must be 18 or older and must complete Byond Barre's liability waiver before entry (byondbarre.com/waiver). I am responsible for ensuring my guest meets these requirements. STUDIO ACCESS & EQUIPMENT: I will use my one-time access code only for my own reserved session and will not share it or let others enter using it. I agree to use all equipment only as intended and per posted instructions, and to leave the room and equipment in good condition. I understand I must sit on a towel at all times when using the sauna. I will not bring food into the wellness areas. I may be held responsible for damage caused by misuse. RISK Use of sauna and red light therapy equipment carries inherent risks, and I should consult a healthcare provider before participating if I am pregnant, nursing, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, heat sensitivity, implanted medical devices, are taking photosensitizing medications, or have any condition that may be affected by heat or light exposure. I understand these are self-guided, unsupervised sessions — I will be alone in a private room without staff supervision — and I voluntarily assume these risks.
