Booking Terms:

MAKING A RESERVATION: Private group classes are priced at a flat $100 private booking fee plus $10 per confirmed attendee (example: 6 attendees = $160 total). If your request is accepted, a paylink with the reservation total will be emailed within 2 business days following the submission of this form. Full payment is required in order to secure and confirm your reservation. Reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until payment has been received. MODIFYING A RESERVATION: To request a modification to your reservation, the booking party must email byondbarre@gmail.com and clearly state the requested changes. Modification requests are subject to studio and instructor availability, according to the following terms: 48+ hours before class: Attendee count may be modified. If an attendee is removed, the $10 per person fee will be refunded, provided the reservation remains above the 3-person minimum. Less than 48 hours before class: Final headcount is locked. No refunds or adjustments will be issued. CANCELLING A RESERVATION: To request a cancellation eligible for a refund, the booking party must email byondbarre@gmail.com and clearly state the cancellation request. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the date and time the written request is received, according to the following terms: 7+ days before class: Full refundable. 7 days–48 hours before class: $100 booking fee is non-refundable. Only attendance fees ($10 per person) is fully refundable. Less than 48 hours before class: Fully non-refundable.
