Booking Terms:

BYOND BARRE WELLNESS SERVICES POLICIES The following policies apply to all Wellness Services, including Private Infrared Sauna Sessions and Private Full Body Red Light Therapy Sessions. BOOKING Appointments may be booked up to 60 days in advance. Sauna sessions are 25 minutes and scheduled in 30-minute appointment blocks. Red Light Therapy sessions are 12 minutes and scheduled in 15-minute appointment blocks. All services are self-guided. LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after their scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be changed without penalty. Appointments canceled or rescheduled between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a 50% late cancellation fee per service. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will result in forfeiture of the applicable session credit or session fee. NO-SHOWS Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without cancellation will result in forfeiture of the applicable session credit or session fee. PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS Single sessions may be refunded if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Ten-session packages are non-refundable. Credits may be returned to the client's account when appointments are canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Package credits expire 12 months from the purchase date. Unlimited membership fees are non-refundable. AGE REQUIREMENTS Clients must be at least 18 years old to independently use Wellness Services. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have all required forms completed. HEALTH & SAFETY All clients must complete any required waivers and health screening forms prior to participation. Clients should consult a healthcare provider before participating if they are pregnant, nursing, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, heat sensitivity, implanted medical devices, are taking photosensitizing medications, or have any condition that may be affected by heat or light exposure. STUDIO RULES Clients must arrive clean and use equipment as directed. Clothing is optional; however, sauna users must sit on a towel at all times. Food is not permitted in wellness areas
