Service Description

Bring your sneakers and a sweat towel as you lift heavy, move strong, and build resilience. This class combines challenging strength training with bursts of cardio to fire up your muscles, boost endurance, and keep your heart pumping. Using heavier weights and fewer reps, we’ll focus on building lean muscle and protecting bone health, helping you stay stronger, longer, as you move through life. Each session blends powerful lifting with sweaty cardio pushes, leaving you energized, sculpted, and confident. Class Equipment (provided by studio): Yoga mat, dumbbells, balls, and bands
