Service Description

Bring your sneakers and a sweat towel as you lift heavy, move strong, and build resilience. This class combines challenging strength training with bursts of cardio to fire up your muscles, boost endurance, and keep your heart pumping. Using heavier weights and fewer reps, we’ll focus on building lean muscle and protecting bone health, helping you stay stronger, longer, as you move through life. Each session blends powerful lifting with sweaty cardio pushes, leaving you energized, sculpted, and confident. Class equipment provided by studio: mats and weights.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled directly in a client's account via our site or app 2 hours or more before the scheduled class start time. After this window, bookings are considered final. Each late-cancellation and absence is subject to a $5 fee, and a 100% use of a class. No refunds or account credits will be permitted. We encourage everyone to review our Terms and Conditions linked in the footer below before attending.
